To welcome new members into the Freelance Founders community, I set up an onboarding strategy that included automated workflows to scale with the growing membership.
As part of this onboarding process, I implemented a 30-day check-in with new members and created a comprehensive onboarding document. This enabled us to reduce the churn rate from 10% to 3% within the first 6 months.
